Kristann Orton is the Founder and Principal Consultant at Inceodia. Inspired to change the world one business at a time, Kristann believes that organizations are most successful when closely attuned to their customers’ needs. And when the entire workforce is engaged to rise up and meet those needs. Known for her flexible approach and easy going, quiet intelligence, Kristann leads clients through a journey of discovery. She creates tangible steps that help clients meet big picture goals.

Kristann brings to Inceodia over 20 years’ experience advising Fortune 50 customers in their organizational change and implementation endeavors and leading new startup businesses at Hewlett-Packard. As one of the core founders of the Halo Visual Collaboration business at HP, Kristann helped turn the industry on its head with a “just like being there” video conferencing experience. In partnership with DreamWorks, she helped design a studio environment and a unique installation and concierge service, building a profitable annuity business with a guaranteed positive customer experience.

A big picture executive, Kristann had the privilege of heading inclusion and cultural diversity initiatives for HP as well as community involvement efforts through United Way. In 2011, she was a recipient of HP Winners Summit award, for her global leadership of the Halo Sales and Marketing team. She was also honored as a participant in HP’s LEAD program for promising future leaders. She has inspired audiences of over 1,000 colleagues with her passion for experience design and has led cross-functional teams of HP executives from all over the globe. Locally, Kristann leads efforts to inspire young girls to learn to code, and she is involved in several technology associations.

Kristann holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of California in Santa Barbara and a Technology Leadership Certificate from Portland State University in Portland, Oregon.
